All jokes aside, I find it very telling that she has not been vocal about this. She has black brothers, has been linked romantically to black men, and has black male supporters.Now she has the opportunity to give back, and she's tight lipped about it. I have never cared for her, but I could atleast respect her if she took a stance in saying that this is not okay.

And yes she has turned down plenty of jobs, refused to cover certain European publications because of the issue and has actually spoken time and time and time and time and time again about the lack of black and ethnic models on runways, she called Victoria Beckham right out to her face about it,  and called for boycotts and refused to walk for certain designers during London Fashion Week, she?s an advocate and a mouth piece for the younger black models who are scared of they open their mouth they might get blacklisted, she?s worked along Iman and Beverly campaigning against it and more recently as an Editor for Vogue has spoken out about the lack of diversity in the magazines staff sector.
She?s not afraid to open her mouth for the cause.

Now has Nicki said anything about this issue?

im just not for the picking and choosing of when and when its not necessary to call out and speak out against racist and degrading comments against blacks.
