honestly, what's so great about Ci's dance moves? the matrix? the shuffle? i don't get it I mean, Bey has some iconic dance moves.

I agree.  She does what works for her musically and within her ability level.  But you can still see skill and training when real dancers do basic choreo.  Mya is an example.

Bey is a good performer, and she knows what works for her, but she's not the strongest dancer.

Take this video for example. The other 3 girls make her look so basic.
