i understand where maddie is coming from too.
they're just two different people in a sense of where khia is content PLOPPING down on a couch (which is perfectly fine...nothing wrong with simplicity) but Maddie is always thinking ahead and looking to SCALE a bit (nothing wrong with that either).
But I see where Maddie is coming from. They were beginning to have sponsors paying to advertise their tea on the show...I remember when they were advertising some hair grease or something, the products were falling down on the plate, etc. The presentation didn't look very appetizing and if I were the sponsor I wouldn't have been really happy with it. Certainly not enough to pay them to do it again (unless the return in numbers were THAT good).
I remember the gorls would read Skorpion downe for not upgrading his set, staying in the basement with two chairs and a camera, etc. But here we have someone who is actually willing to take some of the money they're making from advertising and put it BACK into their show to give everyone a better experience. Maddie's heart and intentions were definitely in the right place. But, ultimately, execution is what you're judged on, not intent. It's all about how well you pull it off. Much respect to Maddie though.
