Some people are acting as if those who don't stand with Mo'nique against Netflix are ignoring or denying the fact that racism, unfair treatment and oppression exists in this world.

No, what I'm doing is realizing that there are two Black men who happened to get a very fair deal with them. One so fair that it caused a White woman to get in her feelings about it and demand more for herself.

Racism, oppression and unfair treatment of Blacks is a real thing in general. But in this instance, I see Netflix, as a company, compensating their talent based on a projected return of investment.

So, if Mo'Nique got a ten million dollar check from Netflix tomorrow...would she be the rule? 

You can't denigrate one black woman's success to prove another one's shortcomings and still claim you're fighting for ALL the black women this issue (in your opinion) has something to do with.
