83 Cyndi Lauper
84 Madonna
85 Whitney
86 Janet
87 Kylie Minogue
88 Paula Abdul
89 Lisa Stansfield
90 Mariah
91 Vanessa Williams
92 Mary J. Blige
93 Sheryl Crow
94 Brandy
95 Alanis Morrisette
96 Toni Braxton
97 Erykah Badu
98 Lauryn Hill
99 Britney Spears
00 Jennifer Lopez
01 Alicia Keys
02 Shakira
03 Beyonc?
04 Kelly Clarkson
05 Gwen Stefani
06 Fergie
07 Rihanna
08 Katy Perry
09 Lady Gaga
10 Taylor Swift
11 Adele
12 Carly Rae Jespen
13 Miley Cyrus
14 Iggy Azalea
15 Sia
16 Ariana Grande
17 Cardi B

Well did you fave made the cut of the last 25 years?  :ATLcameo:

87 Jody Watley, Karyn White, Tiffany or Deborah Gibson
89 Janet
10 Katy Perry (The Teenage Dream era was her moment)

The rest look accurate though

I don?t feel you can be it twice and it has to be circa the breakthrough.

And I guess Tiffany would be another really good choice for 89.

Katy?s one of the boys era was big too. Don?t think TD beats Taylor winning AOTY and the pit party ppl were throwing her.

By 1989, Tiffany was already on her way out. 1987 was definitely her year.

🦚

I meant 87

89 ended there because of the Jan suggestion.

So out of the ppl you listed I only saw the potential in Tiff.

Don?t think she can come anywhere close to the 1-2 punch Kylie had with I should be so luck and Locomotion.

Nothing on the list changed. And you can?t name a single person who had a bigger year in ANY of those years.

Fax only  :receipts:

Locomotion is the only hit I remember from Kylie in 1987. I Should Be So Lucky peaked at No.21, I believe.

Tiffany's second and third single both peaked at No.1 and she also became the youngest female artist to have her album reach No.1

I'll give her the edge over Kylie.

ya rock muh world.

If they were fax, there would be no room to debate.
And no room for you to go back and forth with ha.

Balliff, remove ha. I won't tolerate this type of backtalk. Not in courtroom 502. Not today or any other day.

I should be so lucky topped charts all over the world. But much like tiffs mess most of that happened in 88

Tiffs 3rd single came out in November and didn?t reach number 1 in 87
Even the album didn?t go number 1 that year.

And if we are comparing Locomotion to I Think We?re Alone Now.

Locomotion was def the bigger international hit.

Neither one had anything on Paula in 88 tho. The year they really had their chart runs.
