I just checked and Brandy is at 15.5M in certifications, which would place her somewhere between #35 - #40 on this list. She's highly undercertified tho, like Bey and Janet and a couple others.

Hey Mama was certified 3x Platinum today (March 26th), putting her at 85M records in the US. She just passed Madonna (84.2M records), and is now the 5th highest certified female by the RIAA.

Nicki Minaj is now the fifth highest certified female artist in RIAA history (85m album and single units).
