like Tarig said, blacks are killing it at Netflix and even the article notes, those demographic numbers for Netflix keeps rising

Netflix produces amazing and thought provoking content, I wish they would employ more black executives but I think they are by far the most progressive of all the networks period.

I wanted Monique to get paid more than 500k, but I simply don't think these issues are the same or related.
