hmmmm the only two that really come straight to mind are:

Cabin in the Woods
Coherence (more of a psychological thriller)

Shit Follows honestly grew on me quite a bit.... just don't tell Bre I said this. To me, it's the kind movie that you need to watch multiple times to appreciate it. Reflecting on the whole idea of what's actually fucking happening is what's really trippy, not so much the movie itself. I still feel like more could've done to capture the fright, but Ive definitely grown to appreciate and like the film.

I know Silent Hill was last decade just saying that it slays any other horror movie released since then. You would have to be a fan of the video games to truly understand how amazing that film was, the first one not the second. Pyramid Head is so fuckin legendary. Jason and Freddie could never!

Cabin is unique

I can't call it good or bad. It just doesn't have a spot

Witch was terrible .. The only amazing part was when the little baby suddenly disappeared and when the little boy encountered that beautiful witch in the woods that kissed him then all of a sudden you saw her old, decrepit hand grab his face .. That was amazing and creepy as hell.

see baby...

That Cabin mess is probably one of the worst movie?s I?ve ever seen. I couldn?t even finish it.

Was it a joke?

And yes. GOD Follows slays. It?s def a MOOD. A grower. It starts off slow but to me it?s kind of nostalgic. The score/background music reminds me of something from the 80?s.

I can definitely understand someone not using and understanding it. It's definitely not a traditional horror film, which is why I'm even surprised that I used so much. :dead: Whether it's horror, comedy, I just thought it was a great film, in general, and I enjoy it every time I watch. The twist booked me and I didn't see that coming. When king thought he was bout to save the gorls n got the fuck booked. SDDDDDDDDDDD I think that's why it peaked my interest so much... It's always the things that aren't necessarily supposed to be funny, that I find funny. :dead:

And YES twin!!! That's what originally really grabbed my attention about It Follows and made me want to get in when it first came out. I love that modern teen horror theme with that 80s vibe. That's what drew me into Stranger Things too.

But also love the idea of not knowing wth is really going in horror films. Many people find that draining and lose interest, but it keeps me glued. That's why I love psychological thrillers. But yea, Shit Follows is definitely a grower.
