Reach out as often as possible and send as many messages as you can, being as honest and sincere as you can. Make sure the apology is as heart felt as possible and make sure to take FULL responsibility

never start it off with "If i hurt you ..."  because you already know you hurt them. Once you've done all you can in that regard, the only thing that can fix it is time. Give them their space and let time go by. It isn't on you anymore in terms of the pressure to fix it.

Give a genuine apology (not some "am sorry you took it that way" mess) and work on not letting it happen again.

Ooo, that's a pet peeve of mine. I can't stand people who do that. My feelings are not what's wrong here. I don't need an apology for my feelings. You DID something that was wrong, that hurt someone else, that you need to apologize for ...

FINE.

Sincerely acknowledge my wrong doing and never blame the other person

Never admit fault and just do better next time.

Lol what if there's no if and and but and you were in the wrong. I personally have no problem saying sorry and meaning it, especially if I was wrong.

well if you...whoops lolz...I mean your "friend" knows that they're dead wrong, they need to own up to it and confess their wrongdoings.

Lol
