I didn?t like the modern twist they forced into it. Apple iPhones were becoming a big deal at the time, and every scene felt like product placement  not to mention the weaker additions to the caste and Neve Campbell looking as if she was COMPLETELY over it in every scene

I want another movie just so they can make up for that one and the dumb plot line of her cousin being the murderous, crazed jealous one

As far Halloween goes the original first one was the best. Halloween 2 is cool. The rest are meh. The storylines changed drastically. The Rob Zombie's reboots were cool. I liked Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 slightly more.

Halloween 3 is a standalone movie.

Halloween 4 & 5 focused on Jamie Lee Curtis daughter Jamie. Maybe this is where it'll pick up at but they killed off Jamie Lee Curtis character starting in Halloween 4 after she was over doing the Halloween movies.

Halloween 6 is standalone movie.

H20 is Jamie Lee Curtis returns and now she has a son. No mention of a daughter.

Halloween Resurrection, Jamie Lee Curtis character is killed off once again.

Halloween is legendary and will never go away. I can't wait to watch this movie Halloween of this year with popcorn and my pumpkin lager.
