I?m pissed. Like wtf it?s not just the hotels either. It?s the stores as well only have a certain number of products geared towards POC and the rest is for white folks. Not having it at all.

This is true. With the exception of target. I was in there wed and they have an aisle specifically for black hair products
even Walmart is a bit scarce
And black folks live by that place

They really are missing owt on money :omf:

While we're on the topic of hair..

Does anyone know how to achieve this hairstyle:

I have 3C hair and I don't think my hair is too kinky/coarse enough to do this
a sponge zax

Just get a sponge brush

I've heard about this sponge mess but does it actually work? And how do I untangle it?
Ur hair won?t get tangled honestly
Just a bit knotted ..
wet it a bit
My hair is naturally curly and straight in the center so me using this doesn?t work unless my hair is super short
But my brothers do this and they wet they hair a bit and go to work tbh

Thanks babe <3

hugo u still askin about my hair in 2018?
I was just wondering. I know we spoke about it before and I complimented your curl pattern. I just discovered some new stuff you may like
my hair is just naturally curly.

if i dont comb it out, it just curls up.

i usually just use water and gel. i began water washing a while back.

but once in a blue moon i'll grab some conditioner.

the less i have to do the better for me and the better it looks tbh

Oh wow! So it?s just wet and wavy and ready to go? Girls use all types of products to get their hair that texture
yes. I wet it, pull gel in and go.

i dont believe in using 50 products. i keep it simple.

my older sister has wavier hair as well.

and my uncle has very curly hair.
which type of Gel? Is it Eco style with the flaxseed oil?
im not picky with gel. whatever's available when i go to the beauty supply mess

but flaxseed oil is an ingredient i look for.

I began water-washing some time ago. ( no conditioner, no shampoo )
i got the idea from naturallycurly
here's me talking about it there a while back.

https://curltalk.naturallycurly.com/discussion/181374

my hair seems to like simplicity most.
which is fine by me cuz the less time i have to spend on it the better.

That?s awesome that you don?t have to use anything. You can really see the definition now that it?s longer because I couldn?t tell before when it was more of a fade. Have you ever tried a twist out?

Oh now WAIT

I need to try this, but does it leave your hair all hard & crunchy?

I hate that
