i usually just use water and gel. i began water washing a while back.

but once in a blue moon i'll grab some conditioner.

i dont believe in using 50 products. i keep it simple.

im not picky with gel. whatever's available when i go to the beauty supply mess

but flaxseed oil is an ingredient i look for.
