they are a lot better than whole milk
which is full of GMO's, steroids, etc..

I've been drinking soy milk for like 2 years now and I'm healthy as can be.

I've never heard of Soy Milk leading to cancer.
I used to buy it all the time before I moved to Almond Milk & Cashew Milk.
