There is such thing as brushing TOO much. So the people that say they are brushing more than 3 times a day are actually HARMING themselves and not realizing it. You are wearing away at the enamel on your teeth by OVER brushing. Sometimes brushing 3 times a day is too much depending on the toothpaste you use. So make sure you check on your toothpaste before brushing any more than twice a day. But it is important to always brush twice and floss atleast once a day. Which is what I do...
