Whew chile, this intermittent fasting...

So yeah, I'm trying a bit of intermittent fasting to get this body SNATCHED for summer since the gorls who promote it swear by it and WHEW... fasting is hard gfjgkjgf :uhh: :dead: it hasn't even been two days and I'm already over it

Stick with it, sis. It becomes second nature after a few days.

My advice:
Don't eat anything at all until lunch. I mean zero calories
Eat at the exact same time each day
Drink water and nothing else

Kind of, yeah. I mean I have a diet I stick to but I fall off the wagon easily  :plzstop: then I'm like oh it's ok because I'm tryna put on weight.

It's really not hard once you get used to it.

Make sure you eat foods that are healthy and high in fiber so you don't get hungry that often. High-fiber foods take longer to digest, which makes you feel full longer on fewer calories.

Try to take one meal at around 12pm and another meal at around 6-8pm. Try to limit amount of snacks during this time, and if you do eat snacks, make sure their healthy (ex. apple & peanut butter). Drink lots of water.

Another thing that also helps is trying to adjust your sleeping schedule around your fast. If you're only eating for 8 hours of the day (ex. 12pm-8pm), then try sleep until 9am so that way when you wake up, you're not tempted to eat something. The earlier you wake up, the harder it is to wait until 12pm to eat.

If you ever get hungry just drink unsweetened sparkling water. The fizz helps coast you. Just make sure it has no extra added sugars or anything.  :justabit:

Lemme look this up. I wanna try it.

Started doing this only eat between the hours of 12 and 8pm thing. That and my vegetarian diet has been legit.

I?ve done it before. It?s cool. After 4, 5 days you?ll be used to it.

This is basically one form of intermittent fasting, babe. It's what I'm doing as well.
