It's really not hard once you get used to it.
Make sure you eat foods that are healthy and high in fiber so you don't get hungry that often. High-fiber foods take longer to digest, which makes you feel full longer on fewer calories.
Try to take one meal at around 12pm and another meal at around 6-8pm. Try to limit amount of snacks during this time, and if you do eat snacks, make sure their healthy (ex. apple & peanut butter). Drink lots of water.
Another thing that also helps is trying to adjust your sleeping schedule around your fast. If you're only eating for 8 hours of the day (ex. 12pm-8pm), then try sleep until 9am so that way when you wake up, you're not tempted to eat something. The earlier you wake up, the harder it is to wait until 12pm to eat.
