The show has been on for like 16 years. Of course the ratings have tapered off. Them still pulling in 700-800k live viewers on cable TV isn't bad at all. That doesn't even include the streams.

Why is this so hard to comprehend? None of these shows are seeing their peaks of what they have in the past and it's impossible for them to do so.
