RHOA has BEEN ghetto. Probably even more so in the past. Fighting over unfinished basements, taking over a decade to build houses cuz they broke, living in motels, husbands going to prison for fraud, car repossessions...are yall serious?

i do think there is a danger of people damn near promoting it as some "get outta jail free" card

there are serious long lasting consequences in having to file for bankruptcy, and you never wanna even be in a position where you have to do that. it's not cute sexy fun or trendy

but it's good for people who have already feel they hit a dead end to have that type of information on options.

my worry is some folks will think "ooooh i can MESS a bit and then hit the bankruptcy button and get owt! "
