Considering Shamea is daughter of the source, I think she would know whether it was a rumor or verifiable.   

And perhaps they didn't have a friendship after that. You're still assuming Porsha's timeline is the absolute truth. 5 years had passed from the time Diane lost her business to when Shamea's mother purchased it.

As Shamea said at the reunion last year, they had ALREADY fallen prior to Shamea's mother purchasing Diane's former business.

And now it makes sense why she bought Diane's business, it was her get back.

They both pretty much confirmed last season that the fallout was the daycare issue and they vowed to not that impact "their" friendship.
