they didnt have a smash like work from home or worth it this era. and their performances were sloppy as hell. label coulda done more but they could too.

It was issues with the label. Once Camila left every thing went down hill. They didn't even want to do a Third album. It got even worse once LA resigned/got fired. They had to fight for a budget. Thank God for the 7/27 they were able to feed their families and fund those cheap ass videos.

I personally believe it was also some internal conflicts as well. Once Normani did Dancing with the Stars and started building her profile, the whole vibe of the group changed. Lauren and Ally rushing to work with any and everybody who'd have them. Then once Love Lies came out it was a wrap.
