It does sound similar to Azealia's song, and I'm sure the producers were inspired by it.
However, Azealia's song is basically a ripoff of all those early 90s Eurodance songs that were popular in gay clubs and the ball room scene. If anything, Ru stole the music style right back from her.
Hell, all of Azealia's music is made by gays, yet she keeps shitting on the gay community using those slurs. Her calling him ugly on Twitter and going off on him like that is inexcusable. She's very disrespectful, psychotic and angry, and that's why she never took off and is in the place she is right now.
