The Grammy's are a mess and just continue to lose more credibility every year. They elimate male/female categories, but expand the nominees to 8.  Also, most of the Best New Artis nominees hardly make any impact and disappear only to never be heard from again, so why bother expanding that category to 8? I just hope this is an effort to nominate better quality music, since it has mainly turned into a popularity contest.

Now the Best New Artist category they can keep to 5. Most times I dont know who half the nominees are. And the past winners aren't new. When Meghan Trainor and Alessia Cara won 2-3 years after they debuted...
