Even though I never really understood why people would go so hard with complaints regarding customer service @ a place like Mickey Dee's. I mean you paid 6 bucks for a meal ...most likely served to you by a teenager. did you want the red carpet thrown out?

Outright rudeness/maliciousness is another thing, but their notoriously nonchalant demeanor is understandable.

I think if u wanted the job u should give good customer service regardless mcdonalds is a million dollar company

I don?t eat McDonald?s but this is a good idea. I?ve seen it a lot across Europe at restaurants and it makes people responsible for getting their orders right. You want no mayo and extra pickles, type it in as such. They low key are making customers employees

McDonalds has always been known for overworking and underpaying their employees.

A few of the McDonald?s in NYC has them too. The one in TriBeCa has had them since 2015. A few here in the DFW area has them too. But they still have employees as well.
