How?

Through meditation? Let?s discuss.

I?ve tried meditating in general before and I couldnt tap in.

Omg, so I  stopped saying the prayer I say every night because I felt disconnected to it (its rooted in christian shit I grew up with). Started reading up on ancestral prayers and speaking with friends. My mentor suggested a few yoruba priests here who specialize in instructing folks to connect with their ancestors but I havent seen anyone yet cause that nigga taxes.

I've been saying a prayer every night asking for my ancestors to guide/help me. Not sure if im doing it right but I want to learn more.

Also meditating is kinda hard for me so I've been starting with 3 minutes of mindfulness every day. It helps but I want to get to a place where I can really meditate and it doesnt scare me. Some other shit happened but I probably will have to pm you about that if you're interested.
