it's not black and white like that. The whole issue was that she was being undervalued, which she related to her being black and a woman. It's not about just blanketing "RACIST" over the Netflix company at all.

I think Monique is in her right to speak out about Roseanne. She's really just saying that her experience with Roseanne was different that what we're seeing in her right now. And ya'll know Monique pushes for people to speak out for her and her industry issues so it's natural for her to do the same with Roseanne lol.

Outside of director deals, what's crazy is black actresses still aren't getting paid their worth, especially compared to not all but a lot of white counterparts.

But think about the fact that they are just not giving equal pay to women in men of the same level role and arguably caliper as an actor/actress. So either it's gonna be awhile til we get our just do, or they are making real progressive changes in the industry.

Equal pay is absolutely necessary and i hope all the greatest actresses get what they deserve, including some of my faves like Viola, Lupita, Octavia, Janelle Monae and the gang.  Mo?nique Is one of the few that has been said to be extremely difficult even on the set of ebony magazine shoots and so on, so i doubt EVERYONE is lying just to lie. Please. 

She?ll never get what she wants being that way. Period. The plight of black women that she speaks of is accurate, but that doesn?t mean that anyone should be handing her 10?s of millions of dollars. forget it lolz
