There's something I like about Rachel, she's not a terrible person. And she's right, black (and race in general) is socially constructed. Yes, biology does have a bit to do with it (because your genes determine your features, which in turn determines your socially appointed "race"); however it is not an ethnicity.

But she needs to stand her ground.

Stop thinking so much about your answers. If you wanna be a black womuh, just say it. Stand by that. Defend your views. People on the show are trying to pick your brain and they can't do that if you're sitting there trying to figure out what you THINK we want to hear from you. That's the only thing really annoying me right now.

Bitch , if you would check the "black" box on that Howard application just SAY it. And explain why. This gazing into space mess that she's doing trying to figure out answers that won't offend us is frustrating as hell.

I'm only on the first vidya though. Lemme watch the second.
yea I liked the answers she gave on what being Black was
how she broke it down as I would

I'm tired of niggers thinking they are contributing to our cause because they share the same skin color. No ma'am "black" is a state of mind, a movement, something outside of what you see physically because of everything our ancestors went through mentally.

and you're right, if Rachel connects with that then just say I'm a white womah who connects with Black culture.

I'm a bit appalled by all the ignorance and COONERY in here. Why do y'all feel so bad :usuresis: I could've swore everyone in here dragged Rach' when it was first reported. So miss me with the sorrow. She made a mockery out of black people. She took money to give speeches on an experience she didn't walk. I find it quite telling y'all pounced on Loni instead...  :ermm: For wha'?

Like Rach' is a white woman in black face and she didn't answer any of the questions straight forward cause she's a lying ass bitch. She claims there are no check boxes and it's funny how she said she would check white and black lolz. She doesn't want to let go of that white privilege  :plzstop:  But oh she did a lot for the black community. :uhh: I'm sure she would pull off that wig in a second if she was a life threatening situation.

Honestly I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't ask the RIGHT questions and lay into her matted lace front wig tbqfh.

this is post is...... YASSSS
:stressed:

Many things are socially constructed but it doesn't give us the right to manipulate and lie. For instance, citizenship is socially constructed but at the end of the day an illegal isn't allowed to live here freely. It doesn't work that way. Money is socially constructed but it doesn't anyone the right to decide whether they want to pay for certain items or their taxes. I mean, I can go on.

Rachel is a fraud and I don't understand why certain black people are trying to give her a pass. She gave speeches and basically lived a lie as a social experiment. I'm not here for it. And judging by her body language and answers she clearly doesn't give a fuck, she DANCED around those questions and never gave a direct answer. She had to THINK because she's a liar. When you know what you're talking about you're going to look the interviewer dead in the eyes and give the answer confidently. She wouldn't check the black box. That's a fact. Even with all those years learning black and African studies she chooses her white privilege.

Bentley!

Rachel's lies are inexcusable :dead:

she clearly has mental issues and self-acceptance issues

This is so ignorant omg  :plzstop:

Bent'... you can't simply reject being black as a state of mind or movement. You're black and it's not by choice. It's full time. It's not something you just wake up and decide to be by plopping on a matted wig and getting a tan.

Why is Rachel's rhetoric so fucking WEAK :dead: I thought she was smarter than this :uhh:

"Africa is where we all originated from! "

Well duh, but this is America hun, and these white police officers damn sure ain't thinking about our connected historical origins when they shoot down a nigger :dead: Come HARDER sis.

LIke she actually had a good point when she said that she walked the walk of  a black womuh. Tamar and them looked at her like she was dumb, but it's the truth. Race is purely based off of appearance, and if she walked around for years looking like a black womuh, she walked in the shoes of a black womuh.

Very similar to when Tyra dressed up in a fatsuit and walked around the city for a day. No one knew that one of the world's most beautiful supermodels was hidden underneath all of those pillows :dead:. So this gave her experiment substantial foundation. Rachel walked around looking like my Aunt ..... a light skinned black womuh who may have had a white great grandaddy somewhere down the line. But she looks black. Even now as I know her truth, I still don't see a pure white woman. She wears her disguise very well. Even her mannerisms seem coherent with that of a black womuh.

I just wish she was less timid. She's quick to compare herself to Caitlyn but I'm sure if Caityln were on that couch surrounded by a group of homosexual hating thugs who were questioning her, she would be able to articulate what the fuck she's doing and why.

Man the fuck up Rach'.

I still don't really know how I feel about this.

The trans-racial/transgender comparison actually makes a bit of sense but this farce she was keeping up was ridiculous.

Nah baby sis it's not :dead:

not when there are niggers out here that don't even KNOW, study or acknowledge the shit out ancestors went through. won't even get educated.

Acting like monkeys is not in our heritiage. There is documented cases of members of a cause actually HURTING that cause with their behaviors. You can't GO just off of skin color because there are BLACK people all over the world.

Our struggle, our history, our culture is unique to us. Yes it happened because of the color of our skin, but there's rich history behind it.
