I find it interesting that in the interview with Oprah she came out as lesbian and said she liked changing her look to look more "boyish" but that she wasn't going to change her body. Then she said that her soul is male though. So in a way I guess she knew she was transgender and not gay, but wasn't ready to go all the way through with it yet.
