I'm pretty open to new things.

I tried Ethiopian food recently -- with sourdough flatbread (which I thought would give me a roti vibe) -- and I just could not get in. I don't like the sourdough flatbread at all.

I want to try food from African countries but I ain't trying to run all over Manhattan or Brooklyn to find a spot.

But I'm sure it's a whole new fucking world. :plzstop:

You in NYC?

Boy, every neighborhood would be like a new country regarding food.
:dead:

Queens, alone.
Get out there and try it.

Fort Lee so I'm just across the water.

Haven't been to Queens yet, just haven't had a reason to go that far.

I have to learn how to make it tho.
My stepdad only makes it around Christmas, Old Years Night, etc.

Some of my besties are from Bangladesh, and Jackson Heights has been slaying me lately. This little cutie has been taking me out and thangs, pretending to show me his culture's food. It's pretty good. :ohwow:

nnnnn

Are you Guyanese?

Our cuisine and culture >>>>>>> :blessed:. Very distinctive from other Caribbean countries. We're closest in culture and cuisine to Trinidad, but even with the Trinis the difference is VERY apparent.
