At first I didn't think nothing of it because she said she used to be a teacher, but...she taught at the white school and it was the first time I was around the white people in our town and I noticed they we're more worried about the black people and what they did in town than I was.

I used to be an all lives matter type of gorl...until I actually grew up and met white people.

I document most of them and then depending on my relationship with the person and the setting I bring them all up.

Did this with my clinical director, she was pissed, and I ended up quitting in the long run. Her organization ended up getting reviewed by an ethical board and the president had to resign lolz

I don't really encounter it alot but the few times I did I just pay it dust. In my experience it's usually unintentional mess due to ignorance.

Sexual orientation microaggressions irk me the most.
