But in my PMs, he was telling me about how people mistake him for mess other than West African . And although I don't have access to those PMs, I do have access to this THREAD he made asking for a reply after I failed to respond.

I was slow to respond because honestly I was looking at my PMs confused like I thought he was super proud to be Ghanian. You know, WEST African.

If both your parents are from Ghana, and your grandparents are from Ghana, what's the confusion?
You're always quick to say that you know your roots so well, and have even used that to tease me as an American who has to do research on their tea. So ... what gives?

Ethiopians/Somalis are among the heavily ADMIXED populations in Africa (mostly due to their close proximity/mixing with the Middle East). They're known for what people consider "mixed" features. Thinner noses, lighter/red skin tones, softer/curlier hair, different bone structure.

So it's a KII that one of my main critics on here has also been in my PMs with some crazy mess as well.
