Bobby Brown is opening up with his new tell-all book, Every Little Step: My Story and Whitney Houston isn?t the only iconic songstress he?s spilling the beans about.

Brown sat down with US Weekly for an exclusive interview where he shared details of his romance with Janet Jackson.  The 47-year-old former member of New Edition says:

?I fell in love with [Janet] when she was Penny on Good Times.  It goes back that far, you know, my infatuation with her.?

The ?My Prerogative? singer revealed that he and Miss Jackson dated secretly in the mid-80?s while she was with Rene Elizondo Jr., whom she later secretly married.  He had hoped she would leave Elizondo for him, but he realized that would never happen when she told him that she wasn?t in love with him.

Miss Jackson, if ya nasty, told Brown that she loved him but was not IN love with him.  She went on to tell him, ?My father won?t allow me to be with a black man.?

That sent Brown into a fit and he claims to have thrown her out of the hotel room they had been lying in after having sex.
