yea but i feel Viola in terms of the message. She?s saying it could have gone way more in depth telling their stories and what it was really like during that time. Seemed kinda surface level from the clips I?ve seen

!!!! I can understand what?s shes saying... but sis you have to look beyond the film itself and look at the opportunities and doors you and Octavio opened for other black women, that stemmed from this role. You all kinda started a MOVEMENT for women of color in Hollywood. It just ain?t always that fucking DEEP.
