yummy

I don?t see an issue with her admitting that she didn?t have the range to provide a solution to a problem that requires way more than a quick response at some award show.

And I don?t get why black actors are constantly asked about this instead of the white gatekeepers who make it damn near impossible for anyone outside of their clique to make it in Hollywood.

The question is gonna come because they are the faces of black Hollywood
Makes perfect sense
Usually the folks behind cameras don?t have opportunities to get asked this mess or any dialogue for that matter

I'm sure in time she will continue to grow into a more well-rounded individual.
sadly.. things like this video makes me think she doesn?t have a desire to

Kalifornia.

Wow...I can't with this girl.

The Whites love her tho.

Tiffany is 1 person though
Blacks as a whole are not her
I?m sure John Legend who also won an Emmy that night would?ve given a much better response or Kenan Thompson, Regina King etc

yummy

I took the ?I won? as this is a moment of personal celebration and it doesn?t bogged down by anything else  :dead:

And y?all would be dragging her if she gave some generic response about diversity, so what?s all the hoopla about?

Because she panders to their weird senses
loud, ebonics, animated, ignorant...
she's a modern version of a fucking mammy ok?

I get what you're saying but unlike Tiffany Bey actually truly cares about Black people and gathers knowledge on matters that effect the community.
Even though shes super rich and none of it TRULY effects her. Tiff is just retarded

this video wouldn?t have left it?s original platform had said some generic mess

I mean ?hopefully my win opens the door for other blacks? >> ?I?m stupid as fuck because I didn?t go to college but at least I won!?

But dew

Funny thing about the whites
Tiffany still isn?t really involved in many white films
Girls Trip, the Last OG, Carmichael Show, now Night School
she?s still only working with US white ppl just like her antics in interviews or whatever

I think what just has me kii'd up is the fact that this woman is as real as they come as has literally written a book on her life, her past, and how far she wants to go in life. Yet somehow we expect her to just turn a switch on and be someone else. To act/talk/answer questions like someone she isn't (yet)

This girl is a diamond in the ROUGH. She needs time to polish and to become more socially aware of things.

She didn't deny the fact that there's inequality. She simply said, I don't know what to do about that. But I do thank God I have an award.
She's simply in a grateful place right now.

Years from now if shes giving this kinda mess then yes, do better. But Shes still on the damn come up. Let her get a good look at what its like from a top level point of view before we expect her to know what to do up there and bring about solutions.
