I'd say consumerism/materialism and lack of business ownership is to blame before I even go there.

White people are very cut throat but they definitely keep the wealth amongst one another. No matter if Billy was strung out on drugs or a rapist. All I?m saying is Blacks need to adopt an all inclusive family mentality. They could have had an empire like the Kardashians.

But I won?t blame Toni. All the children including the son seem to be a bit mentally challenged.

Yeah but someone can be made to feel more guilty by others. Her mother explicitly told her "Don't forget your sisters, this is a family". She didn't let Toni decide for herself.
