Your clinging on to RIAA stats, that at best of times aren't accurate with SALE figures, example: QUEEN selling 700 and odd k whilst being platinum, people also posted OTHER examples of plaques not matching up to sales figures, two different things, two different entities, proof was also posted of this

it?s pointless. At this point you are asking for a vessel not actual information. The editors at billboard are subscribed to Soundscan and get their information from there, like we all do. It?s impossible to produce a link because they don?t offer public links. So you ate clinging onto something, where you should know it is non-existent. The link you speak of. Not the information however. That is right there. And if you claim billboard is unreliable as far as numbers and tracking the sales, success etc of a song, you should never name any Nicki billboard records. What do u think they are based on, instagram likes?
