Is this $1400 before or after tax?

cause if it's after that's like ?1000 which is literally chump change if you live in London.

Well shit if it?s not after tax it surely won?t be enough before either

I?m sorry but where are you working making that much a month ?

That?s painful

Maybe that person is only working part time. Im sorry but 1400 a month us only acceptable if ur a part time employee while going to school, or if u were gainfully employed and are between jobs and ur just taking what u can get til u get back to ur career. Aside from that, 1400 long term? Hell naw. Especially since I make much more. That'll only cause problems. Ask Phaedra.

Opposites Attract.

Well 1400 a month can also be someone working a Full-time minimum wage job as well. That's why they need to raise the minimum wages to $15. That way people would be able to afford to live.

This sounds like me when I worked part time at a library during my undergrad years in college
It?s definitely a wage for single people, not in a long term relationship/marriage

actually it was less than that but I was actually contributing to the house, paying a cell phone bill or buying groceries every couple weeks
so with 1400 per month, which is like 350 per week it can help a household survive

Yea there would definitely need to be another bigger income doing the heavy lifting. Maybe having no car or car payments, maybe only Internet service no cable TV. Basically a living check to check, barely staying above water type thing. No one desires that but, I wouldn?t shit on ppl in this predicament either

The black unemployment rate in many places is twice or more than the national average, even among degree holders. It gets even worse if you factor in the incarcerated population. The Hispanic population overall (who hasn?t been around as long in this country) has a lower unemployment rate than blacks, and no one seems upset by that. Those are the QTNAs imo.
