I feel that it starts some kind of healing process. I definitely believe in letting it out to confront whatever it is I'm crying about. Don't like doing it in front of other ppl tho. The last time I cried was probably last week.

Don't see the problem with it but I rarely cry.

I'm the type to suppress and hold things in for a long time until it explodes. I might cry then.

so you're heartless is what you're telling me?

No I'm not heartless. Not at all.

I just deal with grieve in a different manner.
You need to cry gorl

Go in your room, turn on a good song and just meditate til the tears flow.

Oh and PM after, you'll feel so much better. Trust me.

No I'm good. I have no reason to cry.

Writing songs and what not is my therapy.
Gorl you have life in your veins
And the sun shines
And the trees stand tall
And the universe is surrounding you
And you can FEEL things

Woo .... I just made myself cry :stressed:

Herb.

I was just tearing up last night when I saw the house my relatives were enslaved at.

Doesn't take much to get my emotions running. But I am thankful for that quality (yes I consider it a quality) because it easily allows me to empathize and relate to others. We are all from different walks of life; we have different backgrounds and colors. But we all have emotions.
