My bill is up to date act'

I went through 7 agents trying to figure out the problem. After the 3rd agent I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come by in the morning but I still spoke w/ 4 more agents cause I need my mess right now.

I've got WOW! and it slays. She's lightning fast and I rarely have problems with her. Whatever was going on seems to fixed now.

I unplugged the modem before I left but I don't see how that would mess anything up. I'm glad this man is coming by in the morning. I think the modem is bullshit and needs to be replaced.
