Her deserving justice and the hotel paying the family are not one and the same. Her family deserves justice. The hotel compensating them is NOT justice. They were in no way liable for the actions that led to her getting drunk/drugged out of her fucking mind and walking into a freezer. Let them find THOSE persons and hold them accountable.

I?ve stayed at hella hotels across the us and even some overseas

Drunk as hell or hungry as hell .. I hav yet to witness a hotel mess where I could parade around at my own free will.. especially into a kitchen, laundry area or hospitality section

I know pain and suffering is a real thing, and of course folks are awarded large punitive payouts all the time. My only contention is they are going after the wrong PARTY. If they wanted to sue, then sue the persons that got her drunk/drugged up or the persons that supplied the alcohol/drugs. Not the damn hotel.
