I don't want UNSUNG to be a negative thing, really.... it def gives artists an opportunity to tell their untold stories
And celebrate them

!!!  It?s people R&B fans love who may not have crossed over much, if at all. 

Are Donny Hathaway, Phyllis Hyman, and Minnie Riperton not legends?  Because they all had episodes.  Teena Marie?  The Clark Sisters? 

Bone Thugs had one and they were multiplatinum in the 90?s, like a lot of black artists.

She was never as big or as popular as her peers, but she had a respectable career with several hits to cover.  Plus, not many know much about her.

When I think of Unsung I think of artists like...

Sylvester
Tammi Terrell
etc.

Artists that never got their just due. Mya was pretty popular in her prime as far as media and commercial appeal is concern, imo and many people don't know about her personally because she chose to keep her life private.
