There's a fine line between edgy and downright REVOLTING, and from all that I've seen, Anime can get nasty QUICKLY.

They're tv shows lmao. Some are graphic and weird and there are plenty that aren't. That lil youtube video you saw doesn't represent anime as a whole. It represents... exactly what the title was.
