Again, EVERYONE suspected they were dating.  That was the constant question when she first came out:  are y?all together?  How old are you?  That was because something was OBVIOUSLY going on for people who met them for even a little interview.  Look at the Video Soul clip.  That?s 6 minutes, and you can tell just by looking at them.  Why is a 15 year old wearing matching outfits with a grown man?  Who calls a grown man your best fiend?  She wore a chain necklace with his image on it, and they had matching stuff all the time.  Matching like they were dating (couples did that a lot back then), and like he possessed her.

Aaliyah?s parents did not just ship her off to be under someone else?s care.  They were around.  They were aware of a lot of things. 

Michael, her father, did an interview after all that happened and basically said she was manipulated.  He put his foot down and took over as her manager, and talked about it like they had no contact now and just wanted to move past it.

Fiesta video, yeah someone needs to ask him about that.  Maybe he felt guilty once she died and started his anti-Kelly stance, but that?s not the way he made it seem.

Yeah, the wedding may only suggest she traveled with him without her own team.  He had to apply for the marriage license, and then they had to show up and get married.  Based on Andrea?s description of her own wedding, and what that trash bodyguard said, Aaliyah may not have even known what was happening until she got there.

I think he was saying getting married is a big deal. They left her alone to where important things were happening, legal documents were being made, her life was changing without their knowledge.
