Yea I think the songs about andre or even hosea.  Camp and her have some awkward moments like when shes filming them in the studio and he's looking into the camera too long but shyly turns. He's way too happy being around her, he smiles says it all.

Lots of times our ears place certain cadences that arent there to  make sense of the timing
But the actual timing simoly occcurs at a different part of the beat

But in the context of the beat later in the song it seems faster because it was at a different part of the beat

The main melody sets the cadence in ur mind then it sounds dissonant and offbeat when other elements are added but it all fits perfectly
