As someone who actually had a hand in creating much of the culture here and actually building the community itself, it's definitely won't ever be easy to just completely remove Bsource from my routine. Even if it's just checking it. I think I've come to terms with that.

I love BSource.

I've taken a lot of what I learned from here and am now applying it to the community I am managing now. It's a different setting yes but a lot of basics remain the same. Very similar actually.

And one of the most valuablelessons I learned here is - just be the admin/founder or whatever. Don't get too much in the hustle and tussle with the users.

I'm a people's person so it's hard sometimes but, lesson learned.
