He had a record deal with Columbia that Fox was involved in, but asked out of that deal because he felt like they were being too controlling. He wanted to go independent. And he?s still able to get some low key play on the radio and whatnot. And he comes off so down to earth, and humble and intelligent... I just don?t see him as that kind of guy.
