Guys, BET is a Viacom-owned company. What makes you think these smaller positions are held by blacks people?

If I didn't know any better (that young college kids are behind most of this stupid mess just trying to be funny or clever) I'd think BET was run by a bunch of self-hating Blacks who live to uplift other races an downplay their own based on some of these tweets.

I ride or die for BET but they really need to watch it. Their tweets should be consistent with what we see of their brand on television.

Invest in some writers who know how to walk the tight rope between mess and professionalism .
