I also don't like the repetitious..incoherent weird song structure of some..well majority of the songs

it reminds me of what Frank Ocean started doing

or James Blake.

Like why not just craft a good SONG

Sometimes I get annoyed and CHEATED when artists make these songs repeating the same thing over and over again with these weird beat switches throughout the mess

It works for some tho.

And Solange's voice literally kinda takes a song nowhere.

I'm a weirdo and like weird ass shit so I can appreciate what she was going for but gor

yea everyone's been going for this and it's late now

SZA too, but thankfully it actually worked for her. Only reason it did is because it was supported by great songs were tucked in at the end or some mess

What i will say is if this is another success for Solo....

The other R&B girls that are in their 30s and up have no excuse.  im sorry. It says a LOT that solo can even get 2 #1 albums back to back. The other girls are sad af
