Bert is on tape multiple times and had a marriage license with a child.  Bert had several people corroborate the victims' stories by telling you how he acted and interacted with people in front of their own eyes.  Police raided one property and found more tapes, but couldn't use them in court because they didn't have a warrant.

Meanwhile, people who knew or were around Michael have no idea what these men are talking about.  They describe Michael as acting the exact opposite privately.  They raided his home twice but found nothing they could use in court.
