I don't need to American or live in America to be offended by racism or understand the "true definition" of racism..as if black people only live in America.
Pick up a book or turn on the news redneck, there's over 40 countries where black people live in and still face daily racism especially in the Western world.
Racism isn't some exclusive American national phenomenon where it stops at the jersey shores and it's all rainbows and unicorns for black people
everywhere else.

Even countries IN Africa like S.A where blacks are in the majority but still face racism and effects from apartheid from the white rich minority

Black face is really only seems as offensive in America. I do not think that they intended for this to be offensive. There are many people who are not aware of how things go in The USA or how deep the wound of racism is and ignore many things that are insensitive. I have been many places around the world and I have watch black people laugh with non-blacks dressed in Black Face. Go to any Carnival in South America and you will see it.
