All they care about are plot twists.  They either just make a character do the opposite of what they've been set up to do, for no good reason (Dany, Jaime)... or just pull stuff out of their butts and pretend they set it up.  They acted like they knew all along the "blue eyes" line to Arya was foreshadowing, but said they only came up with Arya killing the Night King a few years ago.  Long after the "blue eyes" scene was filmed.

This season really made me appreciate King Daario
