I've ordered thru Uber eats a few time... it's very hit or miss..    I remember ordering food to studio & waiting forever. I decided to contact customer service to see why it was taking so long... as I was looking @ the map my driver seemed to be sitting still.   I called & the rep told me that the food was marked delivered. I was confused.. I called the driver & he says "oh I dropped your food & im abt to get off.. you can just re-order it & they'll remake it & send a new driver" ... I'm like well thanks for telling me as I've waited almost 2 hours to eat!
