Jan & Paula can both still DANCE. Especially Jan, she's still dancing like she's straight out of the 90s. Jlo is just kinda okay honestly. Look at some of her performances from a few years ago and compare it to that AMAs mess last night. She has kinda downgraded herself.

She's an amazing dancer. Athletic and graceful.

Honestly she's the best dancer in the industry right now.
